2008 Sieger Show Germany SG6


This big, strong and substantial dog strikes one at first sight because of his superb type and expression. He has very good body proportions in stance and is dry, firm and well knit in all parts. The markedly masculine head with very well developed mask and very good ear carriage is the beginning of a very good topline with high long wither, strong straight back and a croup of good length and angle. Ustinov is very well angulated in fore and hind quarters. He has balanced brisket area which guarantees good length of underline. He is also distinguished by completely correct positioning of the limbs with a clean front, firm elbows and moving correctly in front and behind with firm hocks. Powerful, wide outreaching gait comes from a firm back and his size conforms to the standard. HD normal, DNA gpr., ED normal.

Ustinov is big, strong and substantial with pronounced length of body. Strong expressive head, high wither, straight back, long well angled croup, very good hind angulation . The hocks should be rather firmer, good forehand angulation, balanced brisket proportions and correct front. Moving closely behind and soundly in front he demonstrates effective hindthrust and free front reach. Ustinov belongs to the group of most often exhibited dog in the run-up to the show and was without exception placed at the top under different judges. As a Quantum Arminius son he shows improvement in head shape and angle of upper arm and with that he is free from further widely used sire-lines and as a consequence can be offered as a broadening of blood-lines.

Big, strong and substantial Ustinov has marked length of body, expressive strong head, high wither, straight back, long, well angled croup. Very good hind angulation, the hocks should be somewhat firmer. Good forehand angulation, balanced brisket proportions, the front is correct. Moving closely behind and soundly in front he demonstrates effective hindthrust and free front reach. Also in this year Ustinov ranks with the most regularly exhibited dogs in the run-up to the Sieger Show and without exception under different judges he was placed at the top. As a Quantum Arminius-son, with improvement in regards to the shape of the head and angle of the upperarm together with being free from widely used sire- lines, he offers the possibility of other blood-lines. The presented progeny group at the earliest possible time with a few progeny placed in the top groups rounded the general picture off and made possible the inclusion in the VA-group. Moving closely behind and soundly in front he demonstrates effective hind thrust and free front reach. Ustinov belongs in this year again to the most often exhibited dogs in the run-up to the Siegershow and was without exception placed on the top under different judges. As a Quantum Arminius son he is an improvement regarding head-shape and angle of upperarm and is also free from widely used sire-lines and is offered for a widening of the bloodline-base. His second progeny group, from which over 30 % were placed in the best groups of the individual classes as well as 28% in the working classes, rounded off the general picture and justified this high placing.


TSB A: Walked closely and alertly. B: Attacked confidently. Good bite-technique. Came off immedi ately. Very good watchfulness.
C: Could have caught-up rather more purposefully. Moved confidently and quickly through the attack. The bite should be fuller and could have come off more quickly. Watched alertly but must be positioned rather more closely. Rating 4/3.

Ustinov is a big, strong, very expressive dog with very good type an expression. He is substantial, very dry and firm and has rather pronounced length of body. Ustinov has a high wither, firm straight back. His croup has very good length and is very well angled. Good forehand angulation and very good hind angulation. Generally he has harmonious
brisket proportions and clean frontlines. Moving soundly Ustinov demonstrates a very good, outreaching gait. In comparison with his sire, Quantum Von Arminius he is an improvement in type and expression as well as in the shape of head . With distant inbreeding on the Sieger Fanto vom Hirschel, Jeck vom Noricum and Zamb von der Wienerau he can contribute to a broadening of blood-lines. Ustinov this year presented his third progeny group with a high proportion in the working classes.
